Users must not use the Services for activities that are illegal, harmful, or abusive.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the Services to facilitate:

Illegal Activity

• money laundering

• terrorist financing

• fraud or financial crime

• violations of sanctions laws

Prohibited Businesses

Including but not limited to:

• illegal drugs or controlled substances

• human exploitation or trafficking

• counterfeit goods

• unlicensed gambling

• illegal financial services

Fraudulent Conduct

Users may not engage in:

• identity theft

• deceptive financial practices

• manipulation of financial transactions

Platform Abuse

Users may not:

• bypass platform security measures

• attempt unauthorized system access

• interfere with platform operations

Enforcement

Skypay reserves the right to:

• suspend or terminate accounts

• block transactions

• report suspected violations to authorities

where misuse of the Services is suspected.
